What is the Trillium Loser Program?

The Trillium Loser Program is a 12-week health, wellness and weight loss experience that combines motivational team workouts and healthy eating strategies to help you achieve your goals.

Who is the Trillium Loser Program for?

Anyone who wants to Lose Weight: Whether you have 5 0r 100 lbs to lose, we have proven strategies to get you there – and we have helped thousands of people lose over 40,000 lbs since 2007
Anyone who wants to Gain Strength: The Trillium Loser Program focuses on the whole person, and a large part of staying healthy is maintaining a strong body. The Program has strength training strategies in every workout.
Anyone who wants to Improve Health: The Trillium Loser Program includes strategies to improve the health of you and your family through healthy eating, increased activity, and injury/illness prevention.
The “Time-Pressed” individual: Workouts are scheduled on a specific day/time to ensure that you create a schedule that works for you.
Sedentary Individuals/past exercisers: Whether you have never exercised before or have taken a long layoff, The Trillium Loser Program will allow you to progress at your own pace.

As a Trillium Loser you will:

Feel comfortable: The Trillium Loser Program removes barriers of age, gender, current weight, fitness experience and even minor disability.
Work out 3x/week with your team: You will have accountability to your team, your coach and most importantly your goals by having regular scheduled workouts.
Get an unlimited membership to Trillium for 12 weeks: You can supplement your team workouts by attending some of our many Les Mills Group Exercise Classes held 7  days a week.
Work with a Certified Nutritionist: Fine tune your eating habits to maximize not only your weight loss, but more importantly your health.
Participate in team challenges: Compete in fun, exercise-based games once a month against the other teams for prizes.
Weigh-in weekly: Weekly weigh-ins will keep you on track with your goals and give you feedback as to how you are doing.
Benefit from team motivation: Get to know your team, make friends and share your journey with other Trillium Losers.

Trillium Les Mills Body Combat - Kara Fund Event

Trillium is ecstatic to have been a part of the Kara Fund: Sweatin’ for a Kause charity fitness event at ESM High school. Hundreds of participants came out to kick, punch, jump, squat and dance their way to fitness – all while donating to the Kara Fund, a non-profit that helps children with life-threatening diseases.
